All orders will be shipped free of charge via FedEx Ground. Devam cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Devam's control.
Areas of delivery
Purchases made via this Website can only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping to alternate addresses
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure, to protect our clients against fraud, we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Exchange and Return Policy
Articles purchased through this Website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to our customer service center within 5 days of purchase.
You may also return articles purchased through this Website to our retail store within 5 days for refund or exchange.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact. Devam reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements and such refusal of return shall be at Devam's sole discretion only.
Returns to our customer service center
Articles purchased through this Website are accepted for an exchange or refund only if returned in their original packaging and condition within 5 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please contact us on 561 368 0985, Monday - Friday, 10:00am – 4:30pm EST to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please write this RAC number on the outside of your package. Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item. Please include your current home address and telephone number in your explanation note. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours of receipt.
If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Devam, upon approval of the refund, will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase.
Devam will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
